ExpertMode View Objects in OAF

Use ExpertMode custom SQL manually  mapped to EOs for

• Unions,
• Complex SQL &
• SQL is encapsulated within an Inner view to support additional View Link Bindings.i.e. SELECT * FROM (<SQL Statement>).
